A house elf is a small humanoid at around three feet of height, there are rather ugly, and do not usually breed with humans. A house elf is a human servant, and commonly abused.
Special RP Ability: Once you are a registered part elf, you can apparate around the castle and grounds. But you can not apparate out side of the grounds, or apparate in the castle from another area.
Example:
You can apperate from the lake, to your dorm.
You can't apparate from Hogsmeade to your dorm.
